Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship to Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal.

Will the print fade or crack over time?

No. We use high-quality printing techniques to ensure long-lasting durability and a premium finish.

If you follow the recommended washing instructions, your piece will maintain its shape, color and print quality over time.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment providers to ensure your personal and payment information is fully protected.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at support@havebeenthere.at and include photos of the issue.
